Then it's time to explore New Hope Christian Academy, a brand-new preschool ages 12 months (walking) through Pre-kindergarten and full day Kindergarten.

New Hope Christian Academy is a ministry of Good Samaritan Lutheran Church. The Academy's mission is to support each student and their family by providing a safe, loving, and supportive Christian atmosphere.

Striving to help all students achieve their best by creating an environment of both spiritual and academic excellence is our goal. We hope to teach in a way that allows them to identify and utilize their talents, to overcome their limitations and celebrate their strengths daily.

DAILY GOALS:

• To help the student feel secure and happy as they first step away from home
• To assist the student to become independent, self confident as well as a competent group member
• To teach the student acceptable social behavior and manners
• To stimulate the student's curiosity and creativeness
• To inspire in the student a desire to explore their environment
• To produce academic achievement with high moral values
• To grow in the knowledge of God and His love for them

ATTAINING THE GOALS THROUGH OUR DAILY PROGRAM AS FOLLOWS:

• Encouragement, showing respect, nurturing, acceptance and having fun
• Meeting times in the classroom
• Literature, Science, Art, Music, Creative Movement, Fine and Gross Motor Development
• Hands on experience with numbers, pre-reading skills and social finesse
• Indoor and Outdoor play
• Snack, lunch time, and rest time
